This is a magnetic separator consisting of a coil made of an aluminum plate, which, fed by an electrical panel, is transformed into an electromagnetic separator, trapping the ferrous metals. Once the power supply is cut off, the metals are released from the magnetic system. Unlike permanent magnets, their magnetic power is higher than that of permanent magnets, which makes them recommended for working heights of more than 300 or 350 mm. from the bottom of the belt.
