Electromagnet type DEP
It is composed by a coil inserted in an iron core that, upon being fed with power supply, produces a magnetic force capable of attracting and retaining iron pieces that come close to their magnetic field. Unlike the permanent magnets, their attraction force, as well as their acting distance, is higher, being very useful for high granulometries or relevant work heights.
When the power supply of the electromagnet is off the iron metals captured thereby are broken away by themselves.
